索坦和芬必得同服有危险吗？
妈妈自六月初上索坦， 几乎同时上止痛药芬必得。 近来由于血小板跌到25， 不得不停索坦， 但芬必得还在继续服用。今天意外看到一个报道说: 芬必得（ibuprofen）不可以和索坦同服， 不然有出血的危险。

This medication may temporarily reduce the number of platelets in your blood. This can increase your risk of bleeding. Contact your doctor or healthcare provider if you notice unusual bleeding or bruising, have black or tar-like stools, see blood in your urine, or develop pinpoint red spots on your skin. If your platelet levels become too low, your doctor or healthcare provider may recommend that your treatment be delayed, that you receive a platelet transfusion, and/or that you take medication to help increase the number of platelets in your blood. To lower your chance of bleeding, do not use aspirin, aspirin-containing medications, or aspirin-like medications (for example ibuprofen, naproxen). Use caution with sharp objects like razors and nail cutters, and avoid activities that can cause cuts, bumps and bruises. Do not floss your teeth if you have been told your platelets are low.

如果不用芬必得， 有没有别的可以用？ 多谢！！！ 个人认为索坦是不是能和芬必得之类的药一起用要结合血小板和出凝血时间来判断。绝大多数止痛药都对血管有影响，有易出血的副作用，你妈妈这么低的血小板，除非医生同意的止痛药，不要用自己的了。实在痛就先用激素顶一下。同时赶紧把血小板升上去。 今天才知道知道知道绝大多少止痛药对血管有影响，有易出血的副作用。学习了 never_land 发表于 2011-8-24 09:52 static/image/common/back.gif

谢谢never_land！是啊，妈妈的血小板太低了，输血小板都没用。第一次低时代，巨和粒挺管用的， 但这次好像不太行， 很急人。今天验血，明天就会知道了。希望可以重新开始吃药。
